Join us for a mini-retreat as we celebrate our aliveness as a community of Awake Women, exploring the divine feminine in body, mindy, heart, and spirit . Nestled under the stars, we will be supported by each other and the moon's energy, and wake up to the active energy of the sun, fueling our individual collective sense of clarity and purpose.
During this mini retreat, we will explore patterns that block our divine feminine and creative potential. We will also access the wisdom of our bodies with sound current , mudra, and postures through yoga. Come indulge in a magical slumber party of sacred practices for healing, empowerment, and connection and amplify our lives as awakened women!
Details:
The Opening will start promptly at 530pm on Saturday evening. We will rise for Sunday morning yoga, enjoy breakfast, and continue with the remainder of our activites before closing by 12 noon. There is limited space for this special, intimate gathering. Please RSVP with your deposit or full payment. The exact location for this gathering will be emailed to you upon receipt of your registration.
Sleeping:
Sleeping accommodations will be outside, under an open tent, in an enclosed private residential property. Access to indoor bathrooms will be available. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and blanket!
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing, yoga wear, and sleepwear. (Specific details will be emailed to you)
What to bring:
Sleeping bag, pillow, blanket (optional), yoga mat, toiletries, journal (necessary!), water bottle
Food:
On Saturday night, you will be able to snack so please bring something to nibble on and to share. Dinner will not be provided, however, we will have a break on Saturday night where you can partake in evening munchies. Something light to eat (soup or a substitute, and tea) will be made available on Saturday night to attendees and you are welcome to bring fruit, snacks, or something homemade (vegetarian-friendly please) to share. Considering it will just be a light snacking experience on Saturday, it is advised to eat dinner beforehand. Breakfast on Sunday will include organic juice blends, oatmeal, cereal, and more.
Cost:
The registration cost for the entire event, with sleeping accommodations, and breakfast is $75/early bird by Sept. 30; $80 on 10/1 or later; or 2 for $140 ($70 each). A $20 deposit is required to hold your space, which will be applied to your registration.
Refunds of deposits for cancellations will be honored up to 2 days before the event, so must then be requested by October 3 at 9pm. The reason for this is that there are limited spots available for this event and once we have reached this number, we will not be able to accept any more people, as we will be making preparations to accommodate this particular group. A last minute cancellation may deprive someone else of this valuable experience.
